3. Eligibility / Age

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase parts and accessories from this Site. By ordering you confirm you meet any applicable age or legal requirements for the products you purchase.

4. Product scope & buyer responsibility

We sell firearm-compatible parts and accessories only (examples: grips, rails, springs, pins, optics, tools, apparel). Products are sold for lawful purposes only. It is your responsibility to:

• Ensure any part you purchase is legal in your jurisdiction and compatible with your firearm; and
• Follow all manufacturer instructions and safety guidance for installation and use.

We do not sell ammunition, loaded firearms, serialized receivers, or regulated items.

5. Orders & pricing

Orders are offers to purchase. When you place an order we will attempt to obtain authorization from your payment method via our third-party payment processors (for example, NMI, PrecisionPay, or similar). A payment authorization or hold does not by itself constitute acceptance. An order becomes binding only when we send you an order confirmation that expressly states we have accepted the order and successfully charged (captured) your payment method.

We may require additional verification before accepting an order and may cancel or refuse any order if payment is declined, payment authorization cannot be captured, suspected fraud is detected, or the item becomes unavailable. Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any lawful reason, including payment authorization/capture failure or fraud concerns.

6. Shipping & title

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier picks up the package from our facility. You are responsible for providing correct shipping information. We are not liable for carrier delays, loss, or damage after shipment.

7. Returns & refunds

• Non-regulated, non-electronic accessories that are unopened and in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (buyer pays return shipping) unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• Opened electronic items, specialty parts, or items clearly marked “final sale” are non-returnable.
• If a returned item is not in resalable condition, we may refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.

8. Warranty & disclaimers

Products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied, statutory) including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Manufacturer warranties may apply — check the product page or packaging for details.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SJ PRECISION PARTS LLC and its owners, officers, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of the Site or from any product sold on the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

If you create an account you must keep your password confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account.

12. User content

If you post product reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use that content on the Site and for marketing. Do not post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content. We may remove content at our discretion.

13. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, images, logos) is owned by SJ PRECISION PARTS LLC or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse Site content without permission.

14. Export & shipping restrictions

We ship only within the United States unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to comply with export and import laws.

15. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

17. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remainder of the Terms remain in effect.
