Refund and Returns Policy

At SJ PRECISION PARTS LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the conditions below.


1. Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless damaged or incorrect.
  • A copy of your order number, confirmation, or receipt is required.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Opened or installed parts (including springs, pins, triggers, or any part showing installation marks).
  • Electronic components once packaging is opened.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards or digital products.

3. Return Process

  • Email us at help@sjprecisionparts.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, minus the 10% restocking fee, minus shipping costs, if applicable.
  • If the item is not in resalable condition, a partial refund may be issued or the return may be denied.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not process direct exchanges.
  • To replace an item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Packages are checked at minimum 3x times to ensure all included parts are there.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 3 business days of delivery with a picture of your packaging.
  • If deemed it was indeed our mistake, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including shipping.
  • No restocking fee applies for damaged or incorrect items.

7. Restocking Fee

  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus shipping.
